How many people do these houses sleep?
There are a variety of homes available, from 2 - 6 bedrooms or more. There are houses with multiple sections, allowing sleeping for
parties from 2 to 20 people. If your looking for a large compound to have a wedding or family reunion, we have the homes for you. If you're looking for a quiet setion of the beach
for 2 couples, we have that also. So plan your trip, big or small and we have the housing to fit your neeeds.
Are we allowed to bring our pet(s)?
In general, the answer is no. In the event you are unable or love your pet so much that you can't leave them at
home, there are a few owners that are willing to let pets. You are allowed to bring domestic animals into Mexico (cats & dogs). You will need a current rabies
vaccination certificate. If a landlord allows it, be prepared to provide a deposit and clean up after your pet, thus you should get your deposit back.
Do they charge Security Deposits?
Yes, most landlords ask one nights rents in deposits. Thus the deposits generally range from $200.00 - $400.00 for the weekend. Since
we are giving you information for multiple owners, we are giving you general policies. Your property should be inspected and cleaned upon the end of your visit, all deductions for
damage should be subtracted as well other stated charges (i.e.. Key deposit & return and cleaning fees.) The deposit should be sent back within 2 weeks.
What additional charges can we expect?
There are several common expenses among the rental properties. These expenses include such things as cleaning, city rental tax and the
above mentioned security deposits. In addition, some properties allow you to bring your pets at an additonal expense, use of air conditioning and much more. Most properties will provide
you with the total expenses prior to your reservation. If you are unsure, contact the manager/owner for details.

Do these condo include kitchens and cooking facilities?
Yes, when you rent a condo, you will generally pay more than you would for hotel room. The reason why, in a hotel room, generally it is a single room
with double beds and bathroom(s). The condos usually include a full kitchen as well as a seperate livingroom and bedroom(s). With the full kichen comes the ability to eat in as opposed to eat in restaurants.
Many of the condos are two bedrooms. Most of these condo developments have restaurants on their grounds as well as several other restaurants nearby.
The other side of renting a condo, this are independently owned and the furnishing are as the owner provides. So owners may keep there units furnished
to the hilt, while others may not provide much more the plates silverware and cups. Prior to renting, we suggest that you understand who you are renting from and their inventory list.
