built with Timeshare and Hotel and do not have beach front homes. There are several rental companies that lease out beach front houses. These companies are called:
Seaside Reservations, Coldwell Banker, First Mexican Investments, Oceano Realty, Rocky Point Reservations and Fun by the sea. These companies all
specialize in crtain parts of the town. Seaside Reservations handles beach front homes and Sandy Beach condos and Seaside Reservations is the largest lodging beach front
home company in Rocky Point. Coldwell Banker. First Mexican Investments has a beach home rental division which leases houses for rent. Oceano Realty primarily rents out
beach rentals in Las Conchas. Las Conchas is a residential neighborhood with many beach homes for rent. Rocky Point Reservations handles on line reservations
for hotels, motels, candos and homes. Rocky Point Reservations has an office on Highway 8 just before entering Rocky Point. Fun by the sea is an online
reservation service renting beach front homes in Playa Encanto. They rent approxiamtely 3 homes in Playa Encanto. Many of the homes are located on the beach front,
while they have some located on back lots. The beach front homes rent for more a night than those in the back lots. We suggest that you contact seaside

Rent today a luxurious 1 bedroom condo on the beach in Mexico. This beach house is located inside Las Palomas, a 4-star oceanfront hotel offering
restaurants, swim up bars, room service, maid service, and everything imaginable for a fun stay on the beach.
Are we allowed to bring our pet(s)?
In general, the answer is no. In the event you are unable or love your pet so much that you can't leave them at
home, there are a few owners that are willing to let pets. You are allowed to bring domestic animals into Mexico (cats & dogs). You will need a current rabies
vaccination certificate. If a landlord allows it, be prepared to provide a deposit and clean up after your pet, thus you should get your deposit back.

Do they charge Security Deposits?
Yes, most landlords ask one nights rents in deposits. Thus the deposits generally range from $200.00 - $400.00 for the weekend. Since we are giving you information for
multiple owners, we are giving you general policies. Your property should be inspected and cleaned upon the end of your visit, all deductions for damage should be
subtracted as well other stated charges (i.e.. Key deposit & return and cleaning fees.) The deposit should be sent back within 2 weeks.
