When you need to call U.S. toll free numbers from Rocky Point, they are not Toll Free. However you still can call them. the prefix ie. is not the same. Here are the example:

On calling 800's numbers  you will need to dial 001-880 + the last 7 digits of the number.

On calling 866's numbers  you will need to dial 001-883 + the last 7 digits of the number.
