The Thirsty Parrot sits on the second floor perched above the Sea of Cortez with an unobstructed view. Outdoor patio seating is offered as well as inside air conditioned comfort. Five flat screen tv's offer a variety of sports and the tunes of Jimmy Buffet, Mark Mulligan and a Reggae mix fill the air. On weekends, the terrace comes alive with a live DJ and karaoke fun. The Palapa Bar's cantinero, Martin, creates featured Fat Tuesday frozen drinks as well as the classics from a fully stocked bar. In our cocina, Lety & Alma prepare culinary dishes unusual to the average bar. Our Tequila Lime Shrimp and Lobster Carribean Crisp are especially tastey.
